Missing my girls

So, I got left behind. As the other family bloggers mentioned, everyone excluding me, loaded up and took off up the road for Virginia to see the Grandparents. Much to Bobby's (my b-i-l) chagrin, he was given Virginia duty again. It is agreed that he or I will accompany the ladies on all of the Virginia trips. This was my turn, but due to the fact that the trip changed 6 times in 1 week, it fell on the one weekend I have work duties, the vision event in Greenville (which was AWESOME), I wasn't able to request off b/c of short notice. As a result, it was just me and the bungalow this weekend. I can't believe how much I missed my girls. Granted, it was nice to have a little quiet time, but I missed my coffee, movie, sudoku and hang out buddy (Jennifer). I also missed my exerciser, high chair, googler and hang out on the couch sports buddy (this is Maggie in case there were any doubts :)). QUIET. This was the 1st time away from the girls and that's all I can say. I have a new found respect for the quietness my father in law (Marty) tells me about. So, today is a great day b/c the girls are coming back down the road from Virginia. I have prayed for their safety as they travel, please do the same if you read this today. I trust God will protect them. I can't wait to give them a big HELLO when they walk in and see 2 beautiful smiling faces. CAN'T WAIT!!!
