Maggie goes out on the town...

Yesterday, the little Haren family made a trip out on the town. Yes, this is about as "out on the town" as things get around here lately. Our first stop was Toys R' Us. Maggie was very quiet the entire ride there and about one mile from the store, we both caught a whiff of something not so good. Hence, explaining why Maggie had been so content and quiet. Needless to say, we had to make a little back-seat diaper change before venturing into the store.

Once inside, we finally found what we were looking for: a little red and yellow swing. Oh happy day for Maggie! After making a trip to Lowe's and then stuffing ourselves on pizza (much chocolate chip pizza be exact) we headed home. A new lawn mower, 2 trees, several pots of flowers, a hoe, and a swing later! What a successful trip...

So, while Tom and I attempted to plant grass in our "desert" out back, Maggie sat in her swing taking it all in. I love the video (which is soon to come) of her first ride in her swing! She's definitely the happiest little creature I've ever seen...
